Introducing extended modules

Gain access to an off-server SQL Server Enterprise Farm, device list and historical trend data via the direct database warehouse, and HP Eco Solution Reports.

• These modules are available only via license. Contact your sales representative for details, or click the Extended Modules Welcome Letter link. The Welcome Letter will instruct you how to acquire a license.
• HP strongly recommends purchasing HP Premier Web Jetadmin Support in association with these extended modules.

HP Database Connectivity Module

This module allows you to attach to an off-server SQL Server Enterprise database farm that database management administrators can manage. Plus get access to device list and historical trend data via the direct database warehouse capability.

Report fleet-wide and device-specific performance data, as well as tracking and trending over time, utilizing industry standard reporting software like SAP Crystal Reports software*.

In addition, you can generate HP Eco Solutions Reports based on Crystal Reports 2008 (Crystal Reports available from SAP). Reports include:

• Device Settings and Capabilities
• Copy/Digital Send Capabilities Exception
• Device Paper Usage and Digital Processing
• Top Paper Usage
