HP ProtectTools Security Manager HP ProtectTools Security Manager is now available on a wide array of Business Notebooks and select Business Desktops and Workstations. Built on open standards and HP intellectual property, HP ProtectTools Security Manager can be configured to prevent unauthorized access using Smart Cards, TPM Embedded security chips, USB tokens and other security technologies. HP ProtectTools Security Manager is completely customizable, which gives business customers the flexibility to choose the level of security that best meets their needs. The optional integrated Smart Card Reader on select notebook families provides simple deployment and management of this solution.
